$50 deposit per room required with in 5 days of booking. $25 cancellation fee per room.
Cancel 3 days prior to booking 50% payment per room.
Cancellation within 24 hours prior to reservation date will incur the full cost of the first night's tariff.
Failure to arrive on the reservation date will incur full payment of the first nights tariff.
